Something I make often and dig into from my time to time. Its a great side dish or a great spicy dip for your chips! Takes about 5-8 minutes to make.
INGREDIENTS
| ITEMS | QUANTITY |
| Panch Poran mix* | 1 teaspoon |
| Oil (Ghee, butter, Olive or vegetable) | 2 teaspoon |
| Tomato puree | 1 can (400 gms) |
| Organic sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Hing | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Green Chili | 1 piece, sliced, chopped or split |
| Ginger | Grated, 1 tablespoon |
| Curry Leaves (dry or fresh) | 5-6 leaves |
| Turmeric | 1 teaspoon |

METHOD
- Heat oil on high
- Add Panch Poran. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Add green chili, hing, curry leaves and ginger. Mix well. Cook for about 30 seconds, stirring continuously.
- Add turmeric. Mix everything.
- Before anything gets burned, add the tomato puree. Mix well.
- Add few table spoons of water to cook the tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Add sugar and salt. Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- SERVE!
